Overview

ArcLand ("we", "us", "our") operates a waitlist for an upcoming digital land platform on ARC Mainnet. This policy describes the information we collect when you join the waitlist, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Email address — entered manually and confirmed by you.
• X (Twitter) username — provided by you as part of the follow step.
• Wallet address — the public address you provide for future allocation. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases, and we would never legitimately need them.
• Referral information — the referral code you were invited with (if any) and the unique referral code generated for your own signup.
• Rate-limiting data — your IP address is hashed with SHA-256 before storage and used only to detect and limit repeated automated submissions. We do not store your raw IP address.
• Bot-detection signals — a self-hosted verification code you type before submitting, plus basic technical signals such as how quickly a submission is completed. Used only to detect automated abuse; this doesn't involve any third-party captcha service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Maintain your place on the waitlist and process referral signups.
• Prevent spam, duplicate entries and automated abuse.
• Contact you with updates about ArcLand, including mainnet launch and mint availability.
• Diagnose technical issues and keep the platform secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to operate the waitlist, each of which processes a subset of the data above on our behalf:

• Supabase — our database provider, which stores waitlist entries.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

Links to X and Discord on this site take you to third-party platforms with their own privacy practices, which we don't control.

Data Storage & Security

Waitlist data is stored in an access-controlled database. Row-level security is enabled on every table, and inserts are only ever performed through our server-side logic, never directly from a visitor's browser. IP addresses are hashed before they ever reach storage, so we never retain a plaintext IP address tied to your entry.

Local Storage & Cookies

We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Data Retention

We retain waitlist entries for as long as the waitlist and referral program are active, and afterward for as long as needed to support the transition into mainnet launch. You can request deletion of your entry at any time using the contact details below.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the email address below. We'll respond as promptly as we can.

Children's Privacy

ArcLand is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age required by their local law to hold a digital wallet or enter into an agreement like this one.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as ArcLand evolves, particularly around mainnet launch. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
