Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or joining the ArcLand waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into these terms, and it is your responsibility to make sure that joining a digital-asset waitlist, holding a wallet, and later acquiring or trading NFTs is legal where you live. We do not make any representation that ArcLand is appropriate or available in every jurisdiction.

The Waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line and is entirely free — it is not a purchase, deposit, or pre-sale, and it does not create any binding obligation for ArcLand to sell you a land or grant you any specific allocation. Referral codes can be shared to invite others; we may adjust, pause or end the referral program at any time. We reserve the right to remove entries we reasonably believe are fraudulent, duplicated, or created by automated means.

Digital Assets & Risk

ArcLand lands are digital assets, and digital assets carry real risk. Their value can rise, fall, or go to zero, and nothing on this site is financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether participating in ArcLand is right for you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to create waitlist entries or referral codes.
• Impersonate another person, project, or brand.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Use the referral system to manipulate rank or defraud other participants.

Wallet & Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and any account you use to access ArcLand. ArcLand will never ask you for your private key or seed phrase, and you should treat any message that does as fraudulent.

Intellectual Property

The ArcLand name, logo, district concepts, and site content belong to ArcLand. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them to imply endorsement without our permission.

Third-Party Links & Services

This site links to third-party platforms, including X and Discord. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those platforms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and the waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArcLand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the waitlist, including any loss related to digital assets.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as ArcLand develops, particularly around mainnet launch and mint. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
